Program: Transitioning from Recreational to Technical Diving
Dr. C. Stephen Oborn and Kelly Oborn, owners of Doc's Diving L.L.C. give a PowerPoint presentation on technical diving and the training opportunities for divers who want to transition from recreational to technical diving.
